• KYC Information: Aadhaar number and images (front/back), PAN number and image, and selfie image required for identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Financial Information: Bank account number, IFSC code, account holder name, and bank name necessary for processing your payouts and withdrawals.
• Business & Lead Information: Details regarding tasks you perform, support tickets, and customer information you collect and submit as part of lead generation tasks.
• Data Collected Automatically: We automatically collect certain information when you visit or use our Services, such as IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, and language preferences. We DO NOT collect GPS location, microphone audio, or use advertising SDKs.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We utilize specific third-party services to ensure the security and functionality of our platform:

• Google Firebase Authentication: Used exclusively for secure user authentication and login management. We do not use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or Cloud Messaging for tracking purposes.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS S3): Used for the secure, encrypted storage of your uploaded KYC documents and profile photos.

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, and compliance with our legal obligations.

• To facilitate account creation, login, and secure authentication.
• To verify your identity (KYC) to prevent fraud and comply with regulations.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or anti-fraud legal requirements).

Historical financial/accounting records and historical leads required for business/audit purposes may be retained to the extent legally necessary even after account deletion, but will be detached from your direct profile where appropriate.

Currently, account deletion requests must be submitted via email to support@rojgarbooth.com for security and verification purposes. Upon verification, your account, Firebase Authentication identity, and applicable S3 documents will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process, including secure S3 storage and encrypted network transmission. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
