This page is provided in compliance with the Google Play Store's Data Safety and User Data policies. Rojgar Booth is committed to giving users full control over their personal data.
1. Your Right to Erasure
In accordance with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, and Indian privacy regulations), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data collected and processed by Rojgar Booth.
2. What Happens When You Request Data Deletion?
When you submit a data deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal information from our active databases, including:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your profile information, including resumes, work history, and portfolio links.
- Your payment and financial data (except where required by law for tax/accounting purposes).
- Your application history and saved jobs.
Warning: This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to your account and all associated earnings, history, and active applications.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Method A: Through the App (Recommended)
- Open the Rojgar Booth mobile application on your device.
- Navigate to Profile > Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on Account Privacy.
- Select Delete Account & Data and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
Method B: Email Request
Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@rojgarbooth.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the phone number and email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
Method C: Contact Form
You may also submit a request directly through our Contact Us page by selecting "Data Privacy" as the subject.
4. Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within thirty (30) days of receiving it. You will receive a final confirmation email once the process is complete.
5. Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Maintaining transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.
- Complying with legal obligations or court orders.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, or security incidents on the platform.
